Count of Quarantine emails from domains

How can we get the count of Quarantine emails coming from different sender domains in our tenant.

According to your description, your requirement may need scripting but since we do not focus on scripting support.so I changed the tag to exchange server development.

you can use powershell - preferably V3 EXO PowerShell module
connect to exchange online via 'connect-exchangeonline'

for tenant wide access to quarantine you will need high enough credentials

'Get-QuarantineMessage' commandlet will list quarantined messages
for more info see: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/get-quarantinemessage

use or modify accordingly the following oneliner

Get-QuarantineMessage | Select-Object @{n='SenderDomain';e={($_.SenderAddress -split '@')[1]}} | Group-Object SenderDomain | Select-Object Count, Name | Sort-Object Count -Descending

result will display 2 columns with count and name of the domain sorted by frequency
