How does supersedence works for Win32 method deployed apps? How to make it correct so that deployed apps are auto updating?

Supersedence doesn’t control auto updating of the app. Supersedence only enables you to update and replace existing Win32 apps with newer versions of the same app or an entirely different Win32 app.

There is no method to automatically update win32 app. If you want to update the exist win32 app, please add new version of this same app in Supersedence.
Supersedence has another feature that replace the exist win32 app with different win32 app. For example, if the exist win32 app is Firefox and you don't want to have this app, you can add Chrome in Supersedence to replace Firefox.

I would like to understand about .MSI apps deployed via Intune do they get auto updated as well or no as I know we have option to select whether this app to be auto updated or not but what I have observed that apps does not get auto updated like Zoom, Slack etc.
So what would be reason why those apps are not being auto updated to latest versions when the setting was made correct during deployment? Do we need to any extra steps there or what is that?
@Vinod Survase LOB app will not automatically update. It still needs to upload the new app package file.
So that means its same as win32 app method for apps and we need to update or upload latest versions whenever there is new app available.
