Renewing SCCM CMG Secret Key - Error Unsupported Browser

We have SCCM 2211 configured with CMG (as well as Co-Managed with MEM). The CMG Azure app Secret Key is about to expire. I'm trying to renew the key. During the renewal process I am prompted to sign in with Azure account (with the appropriate privs/roles). After I verify username/password/MFA, I receive an error window stating that my browser is unsupported. I am using the current version of Edge. Any one run into this issue and know how to resolve it. I have tried this on 3 different machines...and have also tried with Chrome. I also do not have IE installed.

    Hi, @Mendoza, Michael x6903

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Firstly, we may try to clear browser's cache and cookies and then attempt to renew the key again. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox to complete the renew process. Alternatively, try using the Azure portal's "New client secret" option to renew the secret key as explained here:

    https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/general/invalid-client-secret#resolution

If none of those steps work, it's possible that there could be an issue with SCCM or Azure and you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

Thank you for your response @AllenLiu-MSFT

I've tried the Secret Key renewal procedure on different computers using different browsers...and I'm running into the same issue.

The url that you provided (https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/general/invalid-client-secret#resolution) has steps required to renew the secret key in Azure...but there are steps at the end that must be performed on the application side (the url you provided has steps for the product 'CycleCloud').

If I perform the renewal of the CMG secret key in the Azure side...what would be the steps needed in the SCCM side? The two options I have are: User's image

The option to Renew Secret Key requires me to authenticate to Azure...this is where I run into the original problem (unsupported browser...even though I have the latest version of Edge).

...or will SCCM detect that the key has been renewed and will update itself with the new expiration in Azure?
