How to fix signing in problem in OneNote

I have Onenote on my Android cells and office computers, and although I am signed in to Onenote in a cellphone, it gives me the following error message: "Working offline (SIGN IN REQUIRED)Onenote cannot sync your notes because you are signed out. Sign in to continue syncing to the cloud and to access your notes from anywhere Notebook last synced on 2023 05 04 (E0000024 c3zov" a "sign in" button follows which when I click nothing happens. there is valuable not synced information in the cell, so signing out and signing in wouldn't be an option.

please let me know, what I need to do to get the cell phone to sync to the cloud again,

    It looks like there is something wrong with connection between cloud server and local device. Firstly, please Check your internet connection and make sure you have a stable connection. If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, try turning off the Wi-Fi and using your mobile data to sync. If the issue still persists, have a try to uninstall and reinstall on your cellphone.
