how to remove a policy that restrict coping files to usb?

i have two sites that i managed there is a policy that encrypt data on the devices when i connect a usb to transfare

files the usb status is read only and the problem not only on device it is also on all the devices in the site.

how to remove the policy and where can i find it i will be gratful if you share with me alink to solve the problem.

    To remove a policy that restricts copying files to USB, you need to check where we configure the policy. Here are some locations we can configure the policies:

    You can select one affected device, click "Device configuration" under it and check all the policies applied to it and find the affected policy. Then unassign the policy and see if copy to USB is working.
