During my AI-900 exam on 7/07/2024. Despite completing all pre-checks successfully, I was not redirected to the exam page as instructed by the proctor. Instead, I received a notification stating that my exam was over and that I did not follow the Microsoft proctor invigilator's requests.

I assure you that I followed all instructions provided by the proctor and did not intentionally violate any guidelines. This situation is extremely important to me, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please review the incident and provide me with an opportunity to retake the exam at the earliest convenience?
