Azure Storage Explorer: Logs in but nothing is visible

After installing Azure Storage explorer, I am able to login but then I am not able to see anything under my blob containers. Can anyone please help how to troubleshoot.

    I understand you are logged into Storage Explorer but unable to see the content inside your blob containers. Please correct me if I am misunderstanding the issue.

    Based on your description of the issue I suspect your user might have insufficient permissions. Please make sure that you have A data access role, such as Storage Blob Data Reader or Storage Blob Data Contributor and the Azure Resource Manager Reader role, at a minimum. Information about how to assign these roles can be found here.
