Hi, having a few issues with connection errors and proxy authentication errors. I am unable to log into my organisational account for the main microsoft account for my laptop, which then does not allow me to sync my files in OneDrive. Please see the screenshots in reference to the issue.
There may have been an instance where I utilised my personal account, and that is by default the account that it is tied to. However, I am still unable to log into it on that as well.
Any assistance around this would be much appreciated.

Are you using an authenticated proxy to connect to OneDrive?

Same issue facing in our domain after update the Zscaler VPN version issue is resolved.

I had an user facing this same issue. Uninstalling the latest windows security patched resolved the issue in my case.

Issue is related to Proxy settings in Windows 11
Verify it is set to automatically detect settings.

Try connecting to a VPN trough a Hotspot. It worked in our company.

Same issue. Also getting Proxy Authentication Error. No VPN active. Cannot sync. Tried rebooting, disabling virus protection (Norton). Help!

I've had a user with the same issue , and once i asked him to share internet from his phone and try to connect it worked for him. It's not a permanent solution , but this helped for meantime

I ran these commands to flush out the issue
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
Rebooted and seemed to work
