Hi,

We are running into an issue with previously supervised iOS devices that we are attempting to be made non-supervised devices. We have created a separate enrollment profile and made sure it is assigned to the device. When the device is turned on and configured it is forced into supervised mode. How can we fix this?

we enroll our devices through the ABM, I have attempted to release the devices from ABM and remove them from Intune entirely and it still pushes supervised mode on to the devices that are attached to the profile that has supervised mode turned off.

@Austin Delgado Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

To clarify this issue, please check if only one enrollment profile without Supervised Mode deployed to this target iOS device.

This step will avoid any other enrollment profile having an impact on this device.

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
