Microsoft has removed my one drive for business files (share point) for no reason and without any notice

I do not have an office 365 account but I have a paid onedrive and a paid email account ... when I login to onedrive or onenote I get a choice to login to a personal account or a business account, few days ago all the files under my business account that are using a share point URL name-my.sharepoint.com are gone and my share point subdomain is not resolving to any IP

I contact the support but I got a little to know help there, they kept asking to to try different browser why my issue is clearly server related

You can see the error I get when I try to visit my sharepoint domain or any other file under my onedrive for business:

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at accountname-my.sharepoint.com.

If you entered the right address, you can:

Try again later

Check your network connection

Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

Is anyone facing a similar issue? If yes were you able to fix it?

    Hi @Wis A,

One common cause is that your subscription to either OneDrive or SharePoint might have expired. Therefore, I suggest you check and confirm whether your subscription is still valid. If you are sure that your subscription/paid account is active, this issue may be caused by a backlog in the local systems DNS cache which can be removed by flushing the DNS cache. To flush the local systems DNS cache, please follow these steps:

    Select the Start button.

Type cmd and open the Command Prompt app.

In the Command Prompt window, enter the command ipconfig /flushdns.

    Select Enter on the keyboard.
