Visio cannot dispaly all data when link to Excel

When linking EXCEL data in VISIO:

1. Go to "Data" tab, select the EXCEL file in the "Link Data to Shapes" , and then click NEXT;
2. A row of data appears in the external data;
3. Draw a shape and then drag a row of data from external data onto the shape.

Why can only display a certain 2 columns of data in that row on the shape, rather than all columns of data?
