When I try to navigate to Language Studio, https://language.cognitive.azure.com/, it says my account is locked out. I get the following error:

Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again.

Can you please help me resolving this issue?

Thanks.

The solution to your issue is to raise a support ticket with Microsoft.

You can do this by calling your local Microsoft support number, which can be found at this link:

    Meer Alam Greetings!

Did you get a chance to see Sedat suggestions? In addition to that, please see below information and let us know if that helps.

When I try to navigate to Language Studio, https://language.cognitive.azure.com/, it says my account is locked out. I get the following error: Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again.

Were you able to login earlier? There could be multiple reason for the account locked.

    • If you have entered the wrong password for the account, you may have gotten locked for that reason.
    • If you tried to sign in to your account and received a message that it's been locked, it's because activity associated with your account might violate our Terms of Use.

Try logging in from a different browser or device to see if that resolves the issue.

Check your credentials: Make sure you are using the correct credentials for your organization's account. Double-check that you are using the correct username and password, and that your account is active and not locked out.

Check your firewall settings: It's possible that your organization's firewall is blocking access to the Language Studio. Check with your IT department to make sure that the necessary ports and protocols are open.

Also, check the troubleshooting guide and let us know if that helps. Happy to assist you!
