Below is the error message I received when I logged into my Azure account:
"Interaction required: The portal encountered an issue while attempting to retrieve access tokens. We suggest attempting to sign in again, or alternatively, continuing without access tokens, although this may result in a suboptimal user experience. Additional details: interaction_required: AADSTS16000: User account '{EmailHidden}' from the identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in the 'Microsoft Services' tenant and cannot access the application 'b677c290-cf4b-4a83-a60e-91ba650a4abe' (AzurePortal Console App) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account."

**I came across a potential solution for the error message I received, which involved changing the guest limitations setting to "No." Unfortunately, when I tried to implement this solution, the page entered an infinite loading mode, preventing me from completing the process.

    Hi @Younghoon Kim , please follow this guide to resolve your issue. If you still cannot resolve the issue, you can also try the following solutions mentioned in the retrieved documents:

    1. If you are a guest user, you can try to reset or change your password at your home tenant.
    2. If you are an administrator, you can try to reset the user's password or enable SSPR (Self-Service Password Reset).
    3. If you are an administrator, you can also try to dismiss the user risk after ensuring that the risk assessment was a false positive.
