Multiple Azure Advisor recommendation e-mail alerts

I'm getting multiple Azure Advisor recommendation e-mail alerts, even though the recommendation was completed and I did deselect all subscriptions in the Advisor I still get email alerts every 10 minutes.
How can I disable this? There are no alert or digest rules defined, and even if I create rules they seem to not affect the emails.

Sometimes, recommendations can reappear if the underlying issue persists or if there are new occurrences. Review the suggestions in the Azure portal and ensure they are marked as resolved.
- Check Advisor notifications: Ensure you have disabled email notifications for Azure Advisor recommendations. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the Azure portal (portal.azure.com) and sign in with your account.
- Search for "Advisor" in the search bar at the top of the portal.
- Select "Azure Advisor" from the search results.
- In the Advisor dashboard, click on "Notifications" in the left-hand menu.
- Ensure that the email notifications are turned off or set to your preferred settings.
- In the Advisor dashboard, click on "Notifications" in the left-hand menu.
- Select "Azure Advisor" from the search results.
- Search for "Advisor" in the search bar at the top of the portal.
- Go to the Azure portal (portal.azure.com) and sign in with your account.
- Review Azure Monitor alerts: Check if there are any Azure Monitor alerts set up that could be triggering the email notifications. Azure Monitor can be used to create custom alerts based on various conditions, including Advisor recommendations. Review the alerts configured in Azure Monitor and make sure no rules are triggering the notifications.

- I did double-check and there are no recommendations or suggestions.
- I couldn't find the "Notifications" option, there's only a "Alerts (preview)" option which has no alerts configured.
- Nothing here as well.
As I'm getting emails every 10 minutes I believe there's a bug somewhere... but I can't even open a support ticket...
