@Azar Under what category are you seeing this message or what operation was performed when the error is seen?
Custom vision has several limits under free and standard tiers, In almost all the cases, the limit issue occurs under free tier and when customers switch to standard tier the error should go away after a few minutes. If you are still seeing errors with the limits you will have to raise an azure support case with details of the limit or quota that needs an increase. The service team would verify the request and provide a raise in the limit if approved. I hope this helps!!
