Skype for business not working on adndroid in background

Hello!
Same problem for skype app on android.
On os Android 10 and EMUI 12.0.1 seen problem with background working.
On battery menu run config changed to autorun - on, launch by other applications - on, working in the background - on.
How it looks:
When we clear "recently used apps" menu, we stop get notification from skype and SFB.
When we open skype or SFB, it looks how we launch app after stop it.
But another messangers like a watsapp, viber, telegram works fine.
Help to find out a problem.

There is all configs we have about app working on:
autorun - on, launch by other applications - on, working in the background - on.
Relaunch and app reset was applyed, it's did not helps.
