@Anoop Rayas Can you cross verify with IT team have they set any policies on your system, May I know which version of OS are using and which version Storage explorer have you installed?
Try to install the Storage explorer from the below link: https://github.com/microsoft/AzureStorageExplorer/releases
After installing the latest version, If issue still persist, I would like to work closer on this issue.
