I recently received an email stating that the Bing Search APIs will be transitioning to Azure Marketplace on 31 October 2023. I have followed the provided instructions to create the Bing Search resource using Azure, but I encountered an issue with my application.
Currently, my application relies on a key obtained from https://www.bingmapsportal.com/. However, when I update the key to use the new Azure resource key, my application stops working. I would like to understand the correct procedure for migrating my application to ensure its continued functionality.
It's worth noting that I only have access to the test environment key, which utilizes the free tier. The production key, on the other hand, is managed by another individual within our company. Could you please clarify if the migration process is something that the person responsible for the production key should handle?

The current tag you are using is for Bing Web Search API only, I am sorry for all inconveniences.
Bing Maps for Enterprise does not offer keys through Azure. You have to get your key at BingmapsPortal.com to use Bing Maps. If you want to use an Azure Maps Key, you need to use Azure Maps APIs.

Yes, I got my current key from BingmapsPortal.com, but the point is I got an email from Azure, which says:
Bing Search APIs will transition from Azure Cognitive Services to Azure Marketplace on 31 October 2023 You're receiving this email because you are currently using Bing Search APIs. Bing Search APIs will transition from Azure Cognitive Services to Azure Marketplace on 31 October 2023.
So if I use Bing Maps for Enterprise do I need to migrate anything? If so, how do I do that? I can't find any documentation on how to do that.

Bing Maps for Enterprise APIs are not Bing Search APIs. That message is related to Bing Search.

When I try to use the link you sent to open a ticket, it takes me to the Azure Portal, and I can't create a ticket there because my subscription is managed by my service provider. I think this is more of a technical problem and not related to Azure resources, so I'm not sure if my service provider can help with it. That's why I started looking for help online. Do I have to go through my service provider for support with this migration?
As the Bing Maps API question is answered, I am adding the Bing Search tag to get support for those APIs.
Hi @Danilo Oliveira looks like you do not have sufficient permissions to create a support ticket. To create a support request, you must be an Owner, Contributor or be assigned to the Support Request Contributor role at the subscription level. If you do not meet these requirements, please reach out to your service provider and have them open a support ticket on your behalf.
