Accessing my data base/code

Completely new to Azure. Development team said they completed migration over to our Azure account. Unfortunately our development team had to abruptly leave the project. We have access to our account that they said they completed migration to, however, we can't seem to find any data base or code anywhere. Can someone help please? Where would we see this? Unless, they messed something up in the migration? We have all the code in a zip file and from things we were reading online, does our Github have to be connected? Do we have to upload the code to Github and connect it to our Azure account? If so, can I upload the code to GitHub from a zip file or how do I upload it? Can someone please give us the basics on all this?
When we search for who we are now hosted with, it does show Azure....
Can't find any support phone number; is there such a thing?

Kindly share more details about migration to let us help.

For instance, if any database is involved, what type of service is used for migration, screenshots which could help etc.
