How to access MOS Office365 Certification exams from Australia?

I am wanting to take the MO-110, MO-211 and MO-310 Certification Exams. I have undertaken relevant training for these Office 365 Apps. I am based in Australia and the local provider here only offers certification for the old Office 2019 versions. They have no roadmap for when the 365 versions will be rolled out in Australia. I am keen to undertake the 365 exams asap given I have just completed the relevant training but I would like to be certified in the latest version. Is it possible to sit online proctored exams for the 365 versions through a US (or other country) provider?
