Getting Error code 105 in python

I'm getting error code 105 when using "reporting_service_manager.download_report(reporting_download_parameters)" to download campaign performance report where "reporting_service_manager" is an instance of class ReportingServiceManager, i have checked the credentials and they are correct, i have used client credentials flow and i have provided :
Directory.Read.All, eDiscovery.Read.All, Reports.Read.All, ReportSettings.Read.All, User.Read.All these permissions to the application that i have registered on azure portal can you please suggest a solution for this issue.
