So I discovered what happened.
Many objects had Unlit/Color shader, after I changed to standard MRTK shader resolved my issue, thanks!

I edited the main post because now I have better details, I already updated for Unity 2021 and mrtk 2.8, OpenXR installed but when I build still got that: (it doesn't happen on editor). The pixels on holograms are actually flickering.
