Opened firewall connectivity between o-premise IP and DB Server IP. Still connection times out

Can you please let us know if you have set-up an Azure VPN to set-up connectivity between Azure and your on-prem network?

We have established ExpressRoute connectivity. Also opened a firewall connectivity for all on-premise clients and DB Server IP address for ports 5432 and 443. Still connection times out

Can you do a connectivity test as mentioned here? then we will be able to understand on which part of the network the issue is exactly.
