I have my laptop set up under my Microsoft school account, I have been unable to sign in for over a week and now it won't let me log in to my laptop under my administrator account. I keep getting error code: CAA50021 with the message that the number of retry attempts exceeds expectation. I can login to the account on the Microsoft Edge browser, and I can login under Google Chrome, I can also login on my phone to my school account. I can usually log sign in to my laptop with a 4 digit pin password when I start it up and now that isn't working either. Can you help me resolve this?
