I am trying to login to azure portal using microsoft.com email address. The portal login page shows 'Approve sign in request' with 2 digit number to enter in Authenticator app. The Authenticator app on my Android phone doesn't pop-up a window to enter the numbers shown in the portal login page. There is no notification in the Authenticator app.

I have registered my Android phone (Google Pixel) in aka.ms/ringring and verified app authentication works.

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    Have you tried...

    1. Restarting the phone
    2. Uninstall-Install the app
    3. Remove and add the email account
