After following the steps correctly, While testing in web chat it is giving HTTP status code ServiceUnavailable

@daraksha abid Are you referring to the steps followed in this article? Could you try to create a new app service and use one instead of using an existing one? If details that are manually incorrect the app service would not be available for the bot and this error could be seen.

Yes, I am following the same article. I tried creating the new app service also but the error persists.
I am using account type as personal Microsoft account while creating the app service.

Also, I am getting a request message from webchat to my bot but not getting a response from bot to web chat, whereas this bot is working fine with other channels like telegram.

@daraksha abid Does the web chat feature work directly if you use it from the console? That is, from the Bot Management section of your bot resource?
