Just going through fundamentals module and in 'Describe the core architectural components of Azure' unit 7 , task 1 point2 found that to create a virtula machine navigation given is Create a resource > Compute > Virtual Machine > Create but i did not find virtual machine inside compute, can you please confirm if i am missing something in that navigation. However i know i can search for this service and can create it but just wanted to ensure document is correct and I know the correct path. #azure-fundamentals

    Hi @ANKUSH SHRIVASTAVA

From your question we understand that you are facing an issue on the learning path:

Section: Azure Fundamentals: Describe Azure architecture and services

Module: Describe the core architectural components of Azure

Unit: Exercise - Create an Azure resource

Task 1: Create a virtual machine

As you have rightly said the resource 'Virtual Machine' can be created in the Azure portal without going into the 'Compute' blade.

But there is another way to access this. Go to Compute > Select 'See more in All Services'(image 1) > You can find the service ‘Virtual Machine’(image 2) :

Thanks for your feedback, we will relay this feedback internally to our documentation team for their review.

Please reach out to us if you have any further queries.
