Need to know how to track processing of a batch in BizTalk 2020

We are using BizTalk 2020 for EDI processing. I need to know how to track the processing of a batch of records contained in a .txt file that we drop in a receive location for BizTalk to process.
It would be nice to know where the .txt file ends up after it is picked up by BizTalk, but I asked that in a separate question on this forum. Anyway, I'm assuming that there are tables in one of the biztalk databases that contain the information that I am looking for. I just don't know which database and which tables to look in?
