Hello, Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,
For your questions:
- 1 Holographic Remoting for Play Mode in Unity supports most HoloLens features, but it essentially runs this application on a PC, there are still some limitations, you can refer to Holographic Remoting troubleshooting and limitations - Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn and Holographic Remoting Version History - Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn.
- 2&3 I'm not sure what you want. If you are talking about the Holographic Remoting Player application, then you can refer to Writing a Holographic Remoting remote app using the OpenXR API - Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn and microsoft/MixedReality-HolographicRemoting-Samples: Code samples for using Microsoft's Holographic Remoting library. (github.com).
- 4 I think you are talking about Holographic Remoting for Play Mode in Unity and not Azure Remote Rendering, right? Holographic Remoting Player supports QR Code and Spatial Anchor, but there are still some limitations for Spatial Anchor, please check those documents I provided in the first answer.
Also, we usually use the Holographic Remoting for Play Mode in Unity to preview and debug the HoloLens application. If you want to use PC resources to power your application, please refer to Use PC resources to power your app with Holographic Remoting remote app - Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn.
