Azure Subscription Keys Not Working for Custom Search Instance

I have an active Azure subscription with resources and a custom search instance, but when trying to use the subscription keys for the resources on my custom search instance, they are not working. I have attempted regenerating the keys but have had no success. When attempting to access the instance, I receive errors such as "Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint" or "The Search Operation under Custom Web Search API is not supported with the current subscription key and pricing tier Bing.Bundle.S1". Can anyone help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue?

@Research Bookmark Thanks for the question, Can you please add more details about the endpoint that you are using. Please make sure you are using correct subscription key or API endpoint. I have reproduced this everything works well on my end.

Sure thing. The endpoint am using is https://api.bing.microsoft.com/

I am using the correct subscription keys too.

This is the error am getting when I make the API call:

I believe the root issue is connected to the error below. My subscription is active but seems my resources are still suspended. No reason has been given for the suspension. The subscription team is suppose to lift the suspension I was told.
