Why am I receiving sign in requests in middle of the night-strange network issues as well-possible vpn/vlan connections

So I use Microsoft Authenticator for a few sign ins including my go daddy domain and proton mail accounts as well all my Microsoft accounts . I’ve had strange logs and started using security keys , enabling the best security measures I can think of and still have had completely strange sign in requests that I always just seem to pass the time our timeline on before accepting or denying but how is this continuously happening. And with 8-10+ accounts how can I narrow this down ? Any suggestions or advice I’m not completely new to networking and security but am concerned as I work in the financial service industry .
