    Hi @ soorya raj

Just wondering if your Exchange Server 2016 is working?

Where do you need to get this cadata parameter?

In my search, if SSL offloading configured in Exchange Server 2019 or 2016, the parameter is missing from the value of the IIS logs. And this can cause problems logging in to OWA in Chrome.

I recommend that you upgrade Exchange Server 2016 to the latest cumulative update to see if anything changes.
