Where to find TSI Resource URI

I created a webapp to help run queries on a time series insights environment from a local application. The queries returned an error that I think relates to authentication. Specifically, I think I need a Resource URI application setting for the webapp but I don't know where or how to find this. Please help.

When I proceed without a Resource URI, the queries succeed but return a completely different list from what I have in my TSI explorer.

Thanks.
