The exercise was instructing to select the "Activate sandbox button", but the button is not visible to me at all. I have tried using

Same here.
I was able to use it the first day. Now it is gone.
Moving on to the Azure CLI module, I get this at login:
The following tenants don't contain accessible subscriptions. Use 'az login --allow-no-subscriptions' to have tenant level access.
