Add ML.NET machine learning model to an UWP app

Can I add ML.NET machine learning model to an UWP app? Adding it to console app and no problems.

But to reference console app from UWP app is tricky. What to do if I want image object detection in an UWP app? Use Web API or lift code from console app to UWP app?
