How to automate the order management on mainframe tool between two countries in supply chain management process to deliver the goods between warehouses?

We process orders between warehouses from one country to other country by using mainframe tool, this is totally a manual work, is there any chance of process through an automation? We are into supply chain management process, also we have to mention some notes into it, if any.

To process an order, we need quantity, part #, from and to locations. It is just like a order management process.
