AKS로 backend container image를 deploy 및 service로 loadbalancer를 활용하였는데 왜 external ip로 접속이 안될까?

아래 이미지 첨부된 것처럼 외부 IP를 누르면,

'사이트에 연결할 수 없음'

그리고 그 사유로, 응답하는데 시간이 너무 오래 걸립니다. 라는 메시지를 보내주고 있습니다.

이를 어떻게 해결하면 좋을까요?

    Hi,

    Try to describe your service and make sure that the endpoints are correct.

    Also, make sure to check the network security group, by default AKS will open the port on the default nsg which exist in the Mc_resourcegroup, but in case you have another nsg on the subnet level then you have to allow the service port manually.
