Changes to Teams Phone Settings when Team Updates

Hi!

A couple of times now, some settings in Teams Phone have changed when an update to Teams is made.

The first time - I'm not even entirely aware of what was included in the update - but the result had removed the connection from our main auto-attendant to another (through menu options), and then removed the set menu options for the secondary auto-attendant (which is for after hours). This resulted in clients being left on a loop with the hold music, and no ability to leave a voicemail or select a menu option.

Recently, the update (whenever it occurred) appears to have knocked off the call forwarding to external numbers set up for three of our agents (for use through the aforementioned secondary auto-attendant), meaning we have been missing calls.

Wondering if anyone might have any advice on what to do for future updates? It takes some time for me to figure out what exactly is going on because I have to go through every detail in the AAs and CQs/RAs, then the Users to get to the bottom of it. Not to mention, I don't become aware of anything until something fails. I'm not seeing any emails regarding updates, or how I can make sure that I get any notifications when they are happening. Please help!
