Exchange 2016 Can't sign in to OWA or EAC after after Exchange installation

I installed the August security update for exchange 2016 (KB5030524)

After the installation is complete, it gives an error :

    I found a case similar to your symptom description, you can try this method.

    Also, how about trying the private mode or changing the browser?
