Exchange 2016 Can't sign in to OWA or EAC after after Exchange installation

I installed the August security update for exchange 2016 (KB5030524)

After the installation is complete, it gives an error :

microsoft exchange transport service not starting:

I found a case similar to your symptom description, you can try this method.

Also, how about trying the private mode or changing the browser?

I also found that it may be related to the pending server update, you can refer to Solution 2 in this link:

hi @Shaofan Lv-MSFT I have fixed the error access EAC or OWA after Exchange installation, but currently the error microsoft exchange transport service not starting is still not solved, please help me with this step

Try select Properties and then click on the Dependencies tab. Check which services are listed as dependencies and make sure they are running. If any of the dependencies are not running, start them by right-clicking on the service and selecting Start. Once all the dependencies are running, try starting the Microsoft Exchange Transport service again.

If this doesn't work, you may need to check the Event Viewer for more information about the error.

I have checked all services of Dependencies tab is running, but when start microsoft exchange transport service it gives error 1608 the dependency service or group failed to start
