We found that the identity from Get-MobileDeviceStatistics points to old OU name[Users] when user is changed to new OU[ERP Users] or the existing OU[Users] name is changed.

    Hi @soorya raj

The Get-MobileDevice cmdlet will pull details from ActiveDirectory, while Get-MobileDeviceStatistics cmdlet will pull some details from the ActiveSync sync state stored in the user's mailbox.

To me it may be due to the ActiveSync data cache stored in the mailbox.
