How to app mask Visio and Project for office 2021 LTSC using shared install location?

I installed office 2021 LTSC with Visio and Project. I created a rule to hide Visio and Project but, found out that since all of office is installed in the same path, the entire office is masked for those groups. I would like to only mask Visio and Project and not the entire office.

Does anyone recommend a way to only block Visio and Project so users can see the rest of installed office?

    How did you install Office 2021?

    Did you use ODT to deploy Office 2021?

    If you're using ODT to deploy Office 2021, you can only install the Office 2021 Product ID without Visio and Project Product IDs.
