I just tried to add my organisation email account to Azure Data Studio and i got this message. The error message is attached(error.jpg)
Hi @Bittu Bhowmick - can you please share the version of Azure Data Studio that you are using (latest stable release is 1.45.1? Also, you're adding an Azure account that you use to login to the Azure portal, correct? Would you be able to open the output window (via View -> Output) and change the drop down to Azure Accounts, and then recreate the issue, and share the output from the window here? Thanks.

@Bittu Bhowmick And to confirm, you have successfully logged into the Azure Portal (in a browser) on this same machine? If you are not able to login through the Azure Portal, please try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. This does not appear to be an ADS error, but an authentication error (hence my request to confirm you can login to the portal on the same machine). Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I am able to login to Azure Portal on the same machine without any difficulty. But again to be on the safer side, I cleared all my cache and browsing data and tried once again but it threw the same error as below:

@Bittu Bhowmick Thank you for clarifying and testing. If you could please log an issue in the ADS GitHub repo (https://github.com/microsoft/azuredatastudio/issues) we can engage one of the engineers. Please note there may be additional logs to capture, etc., but they can better assist with getting it resolved.
IDK what's the issue but I can see the New Issue button is disabled for me. Can you do the needful to raise the issue?

What happens if you go to Help -> Report Issue within Azure Data Studio? Are you able to log the issue that way?
My Org has actually blocked Public GitHub access and so I am unable to raise it from the App also. It throws error-Access Denied. I would be highly glad if you could do it on behalf of me.
@Bittu Bhowmick I spoke with engineering - we had another customer that encountered the same error message, and we've added a fix in the latest Insider build. Unfortunately, its the same error once again. I tried the Intel Chip Installer for MaC.

@Bittu Bhowmick You said "tried the Intel Chip Installer for macOS". What installer did you use previously? I can open an issue in GitHub on your behalf, but we'll have to figure out an alternative method for communicating since you are not permitted access. But I would like to confirm what installer(s) you have tried. Thanks.
Same Intel Chip installer since I am using MaC with Intel Chip.

Hi,
Have you try to uncheck both System Certificates and Proxy Strict SSL and try to add account again? Mine is working, after successfully add an account, don't forget to enable both settings.
