Hi All,

I've Installed Exchange 2019 and I think it is correctly installed and no other configurations yet except for send connectors. I tried to test OWA for emails it can received external mails and can send out to other domains but for yahoo and gmail can't it has a bounce back message "Several attempts to deliver your message were unsuccessful and we stopped trying. It could be a temporary situation. Try to send your message again later."

I also configure our UTM for Allowed Internal and External Emails ports and apps for Exchange, Also Allowed port 25 and all possible ports needed in exchange server.

Tried Microsoft Analyzer for INBOUND and OUTBOUND and went all Green. Also Telnet mail.(mydomain.ph) 25 and all is responded OK and can send and received email from telnet.

I've setup Outbound Mail correctly. See screenshot;

    Hi @Dionisio Demoral ,

    I tried to test OWA for emails it can received external mails and can send out to other domains but for yahoo and gmail can't

    Based on your description, we can tell that domains other than Yahoo and Gmail in the current environment can successfully send outgoing mail.

    In this way, I can understand that you have successfully configured the Internet Send connector as required.(Create a Send connector in Exchange Server to send mail to the internet | Microsoft Learn

    In addition, similar threads I found indicated that the failure of mail to Yahoo and Gmail may be caused by an external inability to resolve the domain.

    And in my tests, emails sent to Gmail were also not successfully received.

    It is recommended that you publish your domain to the public network and then send mail to Yahoo or Gmail.

    1.      DNS is published/hosted externally

    2.      Externally published MX records - PTR needs to be parsed for best results.

    3.      Externally published SPF records

    Hi Liang,

    Sorry for my late reply. Yes, I already Checked if my IP is blacklisted on the following security Mail Blacklisting such as pbl, sbl, xbl, cbl but all is well.

    Haysss, All I can see is the rDNS.

    Anyway thanks a lot!
