Erro na restauração

fiz contato com microsoft para ver erros em meu pc, com a tela compartilhada foi baixado o app do meu pc LG e atualizado o windows.

Assim que o meu pc religou so tinha opcao de clicar em finalizar somente essa! Pois cliquei… ai começou o tormento, meu pc fez downgrade para o WIN10 apagando tudo que tinha em meu pc… estou aflito tentando recuperar… Existe a possibilidade?

    Hard to say what app was downloaded? Also may be questionable that microsoft was even on the other end of the call. Any clues on either of these? If it was in fact microsoft support then you should have gotten a support ticket with which you could re-open your case for additional follow-up.

    Sim eu tenho tudo por email, o meu computador é LG GRAM i7 8ªG foi baixado um aplicativo de atualizacao da LG e em seguida junto atualização do windows, porem o windows atualizou e estava esse aplicativo com a opçao para fechar, eu fechei e atualizou para o Win10
