My circuit is en error state and I cannot renew

I get a message"Het circuit bevindt zich in een foutstatus. Probeer de fout op te lossen door te vernieuwen voordat u contact opneemt met de ondersteuning. ".
Translated: The circuit is in error state. Try to fix by renew . But this is not working. Renewing results in an error.

Due to this I cannot enable my ipv4 peering.

Someone any idea?

In PowerShell I get:

Hi Kapil,
Thanks for you reply. I had contact with Microsoft and it seems there's a hardware failure that causes that I can't renew.

You were facing an error with Azure ExpressRoute Circuit being in a failed state.

You have reached out to Azure Support and they were able to isolate the issue to a platform incident and was able to recover your Circuit.
