How to change account administrator for an Azure subscription

Hi guys,

I have to change classic subscription administrator roles (I know they will be retired next year), because I don't want the guy who created the subscription to have those roles anymore.

To do that I logged in with his account and changed the service administrator, I was about to change also the billing ownership (which I think would have also changed the account administrator) but now I cannot view the sub anymore. Do I need to log in as the new service administrator to do that?

EDIT: Solved.

I had to grant the previous service administrator the correct RBAC role over the sub, then open the settings and transfer the billing ownership as always.
