Good afternoon, please help me to solve the problem.
I go to Exchange Administration Centre -> Mail Processing Flow -> Delivery Reports.
The search does not work, it gives an error:
The Exchange server in the my.domain domain failed to get the internal URL for the Client Access Servers on my.domain/Configuration/Sites/MyWebSite.
There used to be 2 Exchange servers in the domain, now one is actually working, the other one is just physically disconnected, but there is information about it in the domain, I understand that this search is trying to look in it. Is it possible to disable this or could the problem be something else? And if to disable, not to delete the information about the second mail server (I plan to raise it back), but just redirect the search so far inside one server.

And please check that the DNS records and all virtual directories point to the active Exchange server.
You can refer to the following command in EMS to check the virtual directory:
