We have a new piece of hardware (a hands free wearable computing device) that we would like to use Intune to remotely manage, how do we go about getting the device qualified and making that happen?
Adding a bit here, this is a new device that I assume Microsoft has a process to go through to add Intune support for. We are trying to understand what that process is.

Currently, intune only supports android wearable devices.

Yes, the device is Android 11. What is the process to get this device certified and tested so that it can be enrolled in Intune?

So there is no way for Microsoft to add new devices? We have customers that are ordering 10,000 plus devices that want to use Intune to manage them. Products like the RealWear Navigator 500 are new devices and they are on the list. There must be a process to have a new device added. Can you please share that process?
Yes. If your devices are not listed in the table, it is suggested to post your requirements in intune feedback portal. This is a place to collect customers' requirements and problems. And hope new devices will be supported in the future.

If your devices are the supported OS, there are two methods to enroll these devices. One is (AOSP) corporate-owned user-associated devices, the other is (AOSP) corporate-owned userless devices.
The above official articles show the steps:
1.Assign intune Plan 2 or intune suite license to all RealWear device users.
2.Create an enrollment profile
3.Create a device group
4.Enroll devices via QR code

Just to confirm, there is no formal process other than posting a note in the feedback portal? It would be so helpful if we had a person we could discuss this with. Is that possible?
It is suggested to try to create an online support ticket and ask the phone support engineer to try to help you to feedback it to intune product team.
