iOS Shared Device Configuration Profiles Issue

A few hours ago myself and another were moving some devices off of Workspace One and into Intune. These devices are set up as shared so no Company Portal. Up until a few hours ago, the configuration profiles are no longer rolling out to them so they are not getting the restrictions and features needed.

I checked and no settings were changed during the time that this started happening. These are showing properly enrolled and act as if all is well. They are in the proper groups and the config profiles are assigned correctly to these groups. I also had one device give me a "SCEP server returned an invalid response" error but we got past it.

All devices signing in via Company Portal are working as usual. Anything that I could possibly check to see why these shared devices stopped getting their profiles? We have quite a few shared groups as well and it is doing it to all of them.

@DJCOS, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know the devices are moved from Workspace One into Intune. Please ensure these are unenrolled from Workspace One.

From your description, I know these device are enrolled as shared devices. Could you help us confirm which option we use to enroll these devices into Intune, ADE enroll without user affinity or Apple configurator enroll without user affinity?

Based as I know, for shared device, device license is needed. Please ensure we have purchased device license for these shared devices:

For the configuration profiles not being deployed to the shared devices issue, it is possible due to a syncing issue. Here, we suggest sync on one affected device.

And then check if the devices can sync with Intune by checking the Last check-in time

Please check the above information and if there's any update, feel free to let us know.
