Alert notification whenever a subscription is created?

Can I setup an alert notification whenever we create subscriptions?
I know, we don't create subscriptions everyday, but this alert is required for Discovery team, which takes care of all the resources and keep a track.

    Thanks for the response. The tag for subscription wasn't listing.
    I want one of my team to get an alert when we create an Azure Subscription. Is it possible?

    Hello @kapil dev

    An alert can be triggered for creation/deletion of a resource at the subscription scope. However, an alert cannot be triggered at the tenant level for creation/deletion of a subscription.

    AFAIK, there is no such way. The closest is to use this rest api Tenant Activity Logs - List to see the logs, it should include the information.
